Moya Lee and Rita Perez are both engineers. In the picture they are working on the commissioning of the collimators, equipment required to absorb any particles that deviate from the beam. Rita has worked in the vacuum and magnet groups at CERN. Moya entered the world of science and engineering at 32 after being a stay-at-home single mum.
