Cuban women have played a decisive role in the development of the Cuban vaccines against COVID-19 (Soberana 02, Soberana Plus and Abdala), the first vaccines produced in Latin America to combat this disease. Every day, Cuban women play a leading role in the different scientific and technological processes of the country, which is the result of the social and humanist policy of the Cuban Revolution.
