Jocelle Batapa-Sigue, currently Undersecretary at the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), is a lawyer, co-founder of the National ICT Confederation of the Philippines (NICP), an Outstanding Women in the Nation’s Service (TOWNS) awardee, and an Eisenhower and Asia Society fellow advocating for digital innovation, inclusivity in creating a tech-enabled, citizen-centric government, and domestic and international collaboration.
