Not a Woman's Job?

Capitan Kalkidan Girma is an Ethiopian pilot. She is the first Ethiopian captain of an Airbus A350. Ethiopian Airlines’ twitter on 21 October 2020, assured the prior pilot by flying Airbus A350 XWB at national level. She joined Ethiopian Airline in 2011. Ethiopian Arline is well-known for encouraging female pilots, about six times it had all female flights for last consecutive March 8. Prior to current promotion she has been a captain on Boeing 737.Ethiopian Airlines has been operating all female flights since 2015 and Kalkidan Girma has been part of these flights. Last year she was in charge of all-women operating flight from Addis Ababa to Oslo, Norway which marked the International Women’s Day on March 8.
