Not a Woman's Job?

Ayarida is 24 years old, she was born in Caracas and trained and certified as a Cable Systems Technical Operator at the Caracas Metro Company. She now lives in Bogota where she works as a Cable Car Operation and Maintenance Assistant, in the Trasmicable Transportation System. She says it is a challenge to work with men, but at the same time, it is fun.
