Not a Woman's Job?

Agda is the owner of Meu Mecãnico, which employs seven people, the majority of whom are women from her community. In a typically male-dominated profession, Agda is deliberately hiring and training women who share her same passion for cars, thus creating the empathy needed to offer high-quality services to her female clients.
