Not a Woman's Job?

"Women Leadership and Empowerment" Teagarden women can now be elected from their community to lead as a member of the Bangladesh Teagarden Labour Union to accelerate and ensure the rights and social protection for the female tea garden workers living in the marginalised community. One of them, Sreemoti Bauri, is raising her voice in the predominant male leaded labour union.
