Not a Woman's Job?

Margarita del Val is a Spanish scientist, virologist and immunologist, who coordinates the Interdisciplinary Thematic Research Platform on Global Health from the Spanish National Research Council established in March 2020 to fight COVID-19 pandemic from all angles. She coordinates 300+ research groups and 100+ projects, including three vaccines, and is responsible for public outreach and media.
