Not a Woman's Job?

UNFPA supported Turkmenistan in the development of the second National Action Plan on Gender Equality 2021-2025, which aims to create an enabling environment for women and girls to make informed choices, and be protected from violence. This Plan supports the engagement of men and boys in promoting positive gender practices in society. The NAP will also encourage more Turkmen girls to choose the professions in STEM.
