Brisa Tomi Hennessy Kobara is a Costa Rican surfer who achieved fifth place in the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games, in the first appearance of this sport within the Olympic program.
In 2018 she became the first Central American to qualify for the Championship Tour, the main championship of the World Surf League and is currently qualified for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
