Iva Olivari (born 1969) was a junior national tennis champion, but in 1992 she joined the Croatian Football Association. In a predominantly male environment, as the team manager of the Croatian A national team, she has been sitting on the bench with football stars during matches for seven years. She is extremely professional and devoted to her work. The media call her "the first lady of Croatian football".
