Žydrūnė Vitaitė co-founded Women Go Tech, a mentorship initiative aimed at empowering women to pursue careers in ICT and engineering. Endorsed by former Lithuanian President Dalia Grybauskaitė, supported by Google and local enterprises, this program has positively influenced over 29,000 women on their paths toward tech careers. Currently, Ms. Vitaitė serves as the Business Unit Manager at Monitum, specializing in IoT sensor design.
