Ambassador Simićević, Ambassador of Montenegro to Ukraine, has demonstrated exemplary work in advancing human rights matters, protection of children in armed conflict, women’s empowerment and the role of women in diplomacy in complex war-time circumstances. Photos were taken at the impact site of a Russian missile strike in Kyiv, one of the largest and most devastating aerial assaults on the Ukrainian capital, which tragically claimed 24 civilian lives, including 3 children.
