The 2026 edition brings together 74 photographs Contributed by 48 Permanent Missions accredited to UNOG—including several participating for the first time. Organized by the Perception Change Project in the Office of the Director-General of UNOG, with the generous support of the Permanent Mission of Kazakhstan and the participation of UN Women, the exhibition reflects a shared commitment to advancing gender equality and making women's leadership more visible around the world.

Together, these stories showcase the extraordinary impact of women leaders in shaping a more inclusive, innovative, and equitable future.
