Kitlang Kabua is the youngest Parliament member in the Republic of the Marshall Islands, and first female senator representing the Kwajalein Atoll. Kitlang previously served as the Minister for Education, Sports, and Training, the Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade, and the Minister for Culture and Internal Affairs. She led negotiations for the renewal of the Compact of Free Association between the Marshall Islands and the United States of America.
