Namsrai BAYARSAIKHAN is the Executive Director of the NGO Step Without Borders and has been working since 2000 to support the rights of rural herders, girls and women, and to advance environmental justice. She has extensive expertise in establishing legal frameworks for social impact assessment, developing and localizing community-based environmental monitoring methodologies, and strengthening public interest advocacy.
