Mihaela Dotsova is the President of the 52nd National Assembly of the Republic of Bulgaria. She holds a PhD in administrative law and administrative process. Her scientific work focuses on strengthening independent local self-government, decentralization, and upholding the principles of electoral systems. Both in her academic and professional work, she has been working to develop the legal aspects of environmental protection policies.
