Since February 2023, H.E. Noura Al Kaabi serves as Minister of State at the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs. She holds leadership roles across cultural and educational institutions, including the UAE National Orchestra and Alef Education, and has previously represented the UAE on UNESCO’s Executive Board. She advances global engagement by promoting dialogue, mutual understanding, and people-to-people ties, including leading the UAE's participation in UNESCO’s ‘Revive the Spirit of Mosul’ initiative.
