Prof. Randa Khair-Abbas is the President of the Arab Academic College for Education in Haifa and the first Druze-Arab woman to lead an academic institution in Israel. Her scholarship has advanced understanding of the experiences of minority students, identifying the educational, social, and institutional conditions needed for their advancement. Through her leadership and public engagement, she promotes inclusion, builds bridges between communities, and advances social justice through education.
